**Project Engineer – Luxury Development** 📍 UAE 🏢 Luxury Real Estate Developer **About the Position:** We are looking for an experienced **Project Engineer** to join our dynamic development team. **Key Responsibilities** * Represent the client on\-site and ensure all construction activities align with project requirements * Monitor contractor performance, quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications * Review and comment on technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements * Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams * Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture** or **Civil Engineering** * **7–10 years of experience** in construction projects with a contractor and a consultant * Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and technical standards * Excellent communication, coordination, and site management skills * Ability to work independently and uphold the client’s interests at all times
