You will work at the intersection of engineering and commercial operations — ensuring every purchase meets specification, budget, and schedule. **Key Responsibilities:** * Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials and equipment * Issue RFQs, review bids, and conduct technical and commercial evaluations * Collaborate with engineering teams to verify specifications and submittals * Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and purchase orders * Track deliveries, resolve supply chain disruptions proactively * Manage vendor relationships and maintain an approved supplier register * Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE, and regulatory standards * Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports **Requirements:** * B.Sc. in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering * 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) * Solid understanding of engineering materials and technical specs * Experience with tendering, contracts, and cost analysis * Strong negotiation and analytical skills * Detail\-oriented with the ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines * CIPS, CSCP, or PMP certification is a strong advantage **How to Apply:** Send your CV to: career@abualnaga.com Subject line: *Procurement Engineer Application*
