Job Description
Abu Alnaga Group is seeking an experienced
**Lawyer specializing in Construction and Development**
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong expertise in construction laws, contracts, and real estate development regulations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts (FIDIC, subcontract agreements, consultancy agreements, etc.)
* Handle legal matters related to real estate development and construction projects
* Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and government authorities
* Manage disputes, claims, and arbitration related to construction projects
* Provide legal guidance to project teams and management
* Liaise with external legal consultants and government entities when required
🔹 Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree is a plus
* Proven experience in construction and real estate development legal work
* Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws and contract management
* Experience in handling disputes, arbitration, and claims
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
