Principal Microsoft 365 \& Endpoint Engineer
Location: Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly experienced
Principal Microsoft 365 \& Endpoint Engineer / Microsoft Cloud \& Endpoint Architect
to design, implement, and manage enterprise Microsoft cloud, endpoint, and security solutions. We need someone with strong expertise in
Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure, SCCM, Windows Server, endpoint security, and modern workplace technologies
.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview
.
- Design and manage
Microsoft Intune
solutions, including device compliance, security policies, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, and lifecycle management.
- Administer
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and identity governance.
- Manage Azure resources including
Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, Resource Groups, and subscriptions
.
- Support
Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS, and hybrid identity environments
.
- Implement endpoint security solutions using
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, vulnerability management tools, and Zero Trust principles
.
- Manage
SCCM/MECM
for software deployment, patching, reporting, and endpoint compliance.
- Support enterprise infrastructure including
VMware, Citrix, networking, VPN, VLAN, firewalls, and LAN/WAN environments
.
- Lead IT service management processes including incident, problem, change, and request management following ITIL practices.
- Design secure, scalable cloud and endpoint architectures while driving automation and process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10–12+ years of experience in Microsoft Cloud, Endpoint Management, and Enterprise IT Infrastructure.
- Strong experience working in enterprise or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
