Patch Management & Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Patch Management \& Infrastructure Specialist

with strong expertise in

Windows and Linux patch management, Aiden, SCCM/MECM, WSUS, vulnerability remediation, and enterprise infrastructure

.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute

Windows and Linux security patching

across enterprise environments.

• Administer and manage Aiden

for automated endpoint management, patch deployment, software deployment, vulnerability/CVE remediation, configuration enforcement, and compliance.

• Use

Aiden

to monitor patch status, identify vulnerabilities, enforce configurations, and maintain endpoint compliance.

• Administer

SCCM/MECM and WSUS

for centralized Windows patch management.

• Manage Linux patching, security updates, package management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Perform patch assessment, testing, deployment, verification, and rollback.
• Monitor patch compliance and troubleshoot failed, missing, or non-compliant systems.
• Manage patching across

Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/2019/2022

and enterprise Linux environments.

• Prepare patch compliance reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain patching SOPs, deployment procedures, maintenance plans, and rollback procedures.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, security, and business teams during patching activities.
• Support security audits and vulnerability remediation activities.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 8+ years

of IT Infrastructure/System Administration experience. *

Mandatory hands-on experience with Aiden by Aiden Technologies.

• Strong experience with

enterprise patch management and vulnerability remediation

.

• Hands-on experience with

SCCM/MECM and WSUS

.

• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and DNS experience.
• Good hands-on experience with

Linux patching and administration

.

• Knowledge of

RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu

or other enterprise Linux distributions.

• Experience with

CVE remediation, patch compliance, endpoint management, and configuration enforcement

.

• Experience managing patching in

large-scale 24/7 production environments

.

• Strong troubleshooting, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
