Full-Time | KS1 \& KS2 Opportunities | Long-Term \& Short-Term
Milk Education is working with a range of supportive and inclusive primary schools across
Leeds
who are seeking passionate and dedicated
Primary Teachers
to join their teams.
We have opportunities available for
flexible starts, immediate roles, and September placements
, with positions across both
KS1 and KS2
.
The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
- Assess, track, and support pupil progress effectively
- Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies and expectations
- Work closely with support staff, SEN teams, and senior leaders
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to a positive whole-school ethos and culture
Who We’re Looking For
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within a primary setting (ECTs welcome to apply)
- Strong knowledge of KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- A creative, nurturing and resilient teaching style
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
