Job Description
**At Trialbee, we're on a mission to revolutionize patient recruitment for clinical trials — making them more accessible, inclusive, and efficient. As People Operations \& Talent Lead, you'll be at the centre of how Trialbee runs from a people, culture, and experience perspective.**
**This is a fixed\-term role covering a member on parental leave, with full ownership from day one.**
What You'll Be Part Of
You'll join a collaborative, mission\-driven People team reporting to the Head of People \& Business Operations. You'll step into full ownership of day\-to\-day People operations \- ensuring everyone across a global organization has the systems, processes, and support they need to do their best work.
This role spans the full employee experience — equally rooted in the employee perspective and the leadership one. You'll be a trusted partner to individual contributors and senior leaders alike, handling everything from payroll and compliance to complex organisational, legal, and interpersonal challenges. What You'll Do
* Lead end\-to\-end recruitment — from intake and interviews to offer and onboarding
* Own People Operations across the full spectrum: contracts, payroll, benefits, compliance, GDPR, and complex HR queries
* Manage and improve HR systems, digital workflows, and the employee intranet
* Drive Employee Experience initiatives — engagement surveys, culture programme, and lifecycle improvements — for employees at every level
* Be a trusted People advisor across the entire organisation, from individual contributors to leaders
Meet the Team
You'll be joining the People team at Trialbee — a small, focused group with a big remit. You'll report directly to the Head of People \& Business Operations, your manager and strategic sounding board. Day\-to\-day, you'll collaborate closely with the People Business Partner on culture, employee experience, and leadership enablement — with clear ownership lanes between you both.
Who We're Looking For
* 5\+ years in People Operations with end\-to\-end ownership of core HR processes
* Proven recruitment experience, including structured interviews and hiring manager partnership
* Highly structured and delivery\-oriented — you're comfortable juggling many parallel workstreams and known for keeping things moving without dropping the ball
* Experience improving People processes and workflows in a scaling organisation
* Hands\-on experience with HRIS tools and digital workflows (e.g. Personio, Lattice)
* Genuinely curious about AI and technology — you actively explore how tools and automation can make People Ops smarter, faster, and more human
* Exposure to GDPR, compliance, and work environment obligations
* Comfortable working autonomously and hitting the ground running in a fixed\-term capacity

**Location:**
Based in Sweden, with global scope. If located in Malmö, you'll have the opportunity to work hybrid from our office. If based elsewhere in Sweden, the role is fully remote. Fixed\-term contract of approximately 12 months.
