In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders and managers, helping drive effective people decisions across performance, organizational design, talent operations, employee relations, and workforce planning. Collaborating closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership, you will help shape a people\-first culture built on accountability, agility, and continuous improvement. This remote role offers the opportunity to influence organizational success at scale while driving meaningful impact across the employee experience. **Accountabilities** * Partner with executive and senior leadership teams to align people strategies with business priorities, organizational growth, and operational performance. * Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and change management initiatives. * Monitor organizational health metrics including engagement, turnover, hiring trends, and performance data, proactively identifying opportunities and risks. * Collaborate with HR Operations to design scalable systems, dashboards, processes, and workflows that improve manager effectiveness and decision\-making. * Provide fast, practical guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance issues, promotions, career development, and team dynamics. * Support onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to accelerate employee productivity and long\-term organizational growth. * Drive adoption and optimization of AI\-powered HR tools and automation to improve efficiency, reporting, workforce analysis, and talent operations. * Partner cross\-functionally to improve HR policies, operational processes, compliance initiatives, and people\-related systems with a focus on speed and quality. * Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations cases, ensuring timely, compliant, and fair resolutions. * Advise managers on compensation\-related decisions while partnering with Total Rewards teams to ensure consistency, equity, and market competitiveness. * Use data\-driven insights and trend analysis to continuously improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience initiatives. **Requirements** * 15\+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in fast\-paced, high\-growth organizations. * Proven success partnering with executive leadership to improve organizational performance and manager effectiveness through strategic HR leadership. * Strong expertise in employee relations, organizational development, performance management, workforce planning, and talent operations. * Deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance best practices. * Demonstrated experience leveraging HR analytics, people dashboards, and workforce data to drive business decisions and organizational improvements. * Strong operational mindset with experience collaborating effectively across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and cross\-functional business teams. * Experience utilizing AI tools and automation within HR workflows, workforce analysis, performance management, or talent acquisition processes. * Excellent communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. * Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast\-moving, and highly collaborative environments. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. * Strong problem\-solving skills combined with a balanced, empathetic, and performance\-oriented leadership approach. **Benefits** * Competitive base salary range of $163,000 \- $288,000 depending on experience, location, and qualifications. * Eligibility for bonus opportunities, equity programs, and additional compensation incentives. * Comprehensive healthcare and wellness benefits package. * Flexible remote work environment within the United States. * Retirement and financial planning support. * Career development and growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling organization. * Inclusive, collaborative, and innovation\-driven company culture. * Opportunity to work with advanced AI\-powered technologies and modern HR systems. * Supportive work environment focused on professional impact and employee success. **How Jobgether Works** We use an **AI\-powered matching process** to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
