Role Description
Aptech Pakistan is seeking a full-time MERN Stack Instructor for its on-site campus in Karachi. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to prepare students for real-world challenges. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, conducting live demonstrations for coding concepts, supervising students' projects, and assessing their performance. The instructor will also provide mentorship, support career readiness programs, and stay updated on the latest industry trends to ensure students receive top-tier technical training.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of MERN stack technologies including MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
- Proficiency in web development concepts such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs
- Experience in project development, database design, and implementation
- Excellent teaching, mentoring, and communication skills
- Ability to create curriculum, collaborate with team members, and adapt teaching methods to diverse student needs
- Relevant industry experience and/or certifications from recognized IT organizations such as Microsoft or Red Hat are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications in MERN stack development preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for empowering students through quality education
