About the Job
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling, to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Drive colleague engagement and retention initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, wellbeing, and organizational commitment.
- Implement performance management processes, providing feedback and development opportunities to support career growth.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Utilize HR metrics and insights to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure effective HR operations and a strong people-focused culture.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and performance management processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, candidates, consultants, and external partners.
