The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop and implement
HR strategies and initiatives
aligned with the overall business objectives and company culture.
- Lead
end-to-end recruitment
, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Manage
employee relations
, including conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Oversee
performance management, training, and employee development
initiatives to support career growth and engagement.
- Manage
compensation, benefits, HR policies, and procedures
, ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal standards.
- Lead and develop the
HR team
, using HR data and metrics to improve operations, support decision-making, and enhance employee engagement.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 8–10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong HR-related technical skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to guide and develop HR teams.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and creative thinking skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.About the Benefits
