Job Description
Role: ML Engineer
Location: Stockholm, SE
Type: Contract
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks, tools, and programming paradigms commonly used in AI/ML development.
- Solid knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model development, and AI/ML concepts.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and MLOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native application development.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing AI/ML solutions with varying levels of complexity.
- Contribute across all stages of the machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Design and implement appropriate testing strategies to ensure solution quality and reliability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating technical concepts and documenting requirements through user stories and related artifacts.
- Apply coding standards, software engineering best practices, and design patterns to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
- Evaluate and utilize appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks based on business and technical requirements.
- Independently solve technical challenges while proactively seeking support when necessary to optimize delivery and outcomes.
