The Lawyer will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in litigation and dispute resolution, and offering strategic legal advice. Key tasks will include preparing and reviewing contracts, assisting with company setups, handling settlements, and managing cases related to corporate, real estate, and rental disputes. Collaboration with clients and legal team members will be essential to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. **Qualifications** * UAE Nationality * Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master’s degree or higher is a plus * Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) * Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively * Knowledge of UAE legal frameworks and regulations is highly preferred
