With deep expertise and a client\-centric approach, we provide innovative strategies to navigate complex legal matters successfully. **Role Description** This is a full\-time hybrid role for a Senior Legal Counsel based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work\-from\-home arrangements. The Senior Legal Counsel will handle a wide range of legal responsibilities, including providing expert legal advice, managing contract negotiation, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and addressing complex legal issues. The role will also involve representing clients in legal disputes and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and precision in legal matters. **Qualifications** * Strong expertise in Law and deep knowledge of relevant legal frameworks and regulations * Proven skills in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation * Ability to analyze and resolve complex Legal Issues and provide clear, actionable Legal Advice * Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with high attention to detail * Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in legal practice, preferably in commercial, civil, or corporate law domains * Degree in Law and license to practice law in the UAE or an internationally recognized legal license * Experience representing clients in disputes, arbitration, or litigation processes * Proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable
