**Legal Counsel – Privacy (Tech / Product)** **Location:** Remote / Hybrid (Central European working hours) We are seeking a **Legal Counsel – Privacy** to support a leading global technology platform within a fast\-paced, product\-led environment \- **This a 6 month temporary contract** This role will focus on advising on **consumer\-facing digital products** , including personalisation features, tracking technologies, and AI\-driven initiatives, ensuring privacy is embedded into product development from the outset. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide privacy legal advice on **new product features and initiatives** * Develop and maintain **privacy frameworks** across multiple products * Advise on **legal bases for data processing** (e.g. consent, legitimate interest) * Support **consent and tracking compliance programmes** * Provide guidance on **AI and data\-driven technologies** * Assess use of **special category data** and associated risks * Collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams **Required Experience \& Skills** * 5\+ years’ experience in **privacy / data protection law** * Experience in a **top\-tier law firm and/or in\-house environment** * Strong knowledge of: * GDPR * ePrivacy Directive * DSA / emerging AI regulation * Experience advising on **consumer\-facing technology products** * Ability to work independently in a **fast\-paced, product\-driven environment** * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills **Working Arrangement** * Remote or hybrid working available * Must be available during **Central European business hours**
