🚨 **Hiring: Associate – Real Estate Finance (London)** 🚨 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially minded Associate to join a leading Real Estate \& Infrastructure Finance team. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of high\-value, complex transactions across: • Structured real estate finance • Corporate lending • Transport and infrastructure projects • Energy transition and decarbonisation initiatives • Digital infrastructure (including data centres and EV platforms) You’ll work closely with highly experienced partners, advising lenders, sponsors, funds and developers on sophisticated, market\-leading deals. **What you’ll be doing:** ✔ Drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation ✔ Managing transaction processes from start to finish ✔ Supporting development and structured finance deals ✔ Working across infrastructure sectors including energy, transport and digital ✔ Engaging directly with clients and contributing to business development **What we’re looking for:** • Experience in real estate finance, banking \& finance, or infrastructure finance • Strong technical drafting and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast\-paced environment • A proactive, collaborative and commercially aware mindset This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team working at the forefront of real estate and infrastructure finance.
