Senior Legal Counsel | Remote | FinTech / Technology
I'm currently supporting a high-growth technology company as they look to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join their expanding legal function.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business operating at the intersection of technology, financial services, and digital infrastructure. As the company continues to expand into increasingly regulated markets, they are looking for a commercially focused lawyer to help build and strengthen in-house legal capabilities.
This person can be based in the US or in Europe.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Leading complex commercial and enterprise contract negotiations
- Advising on SaaS agreements and technology-related matters
- Supporting GDPR, privacy, and broader compliance initiatives
- Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Helping the business navigate growth within regulated industries
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong commercial contracts experience, particularly SaaS and enterprise agreements
- Solid knowledge of GDPR, privacy, and compliance frameworks
- Experience supporting international operations, including European entities
- A pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal advice
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
