Legal Counsel - Finance

A major global organisation is seeking a debt finance lawyer to join its Dubai based legal team in a newly created role. This position will act as the right\-hand to the Head of Legal, advising on complex, cross\-border financings across 80\+ jurisdictions. The work includes syndicated lending, acquisition finance and negotiation of LMA\-based documentation, working closely with senior stakeholders and top\-tier external counsel. To be considered for this position you must meet the following: * Qualified in a common law jurisdiction (UK/AUS/NZ/SG/HK preferred) * Strong debt finance background from a leading law firm, in\-house experience also considered * Experience with syndicated lending and LMA documentation * Commercial, resilient and confident in negotiations This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely global role within a fast\-growing entrepreneurial organisation.
