Legal Counsel- Capital Markets

Robert Walters is working with a leading international financial institution to hire a Legal Counsel into its Capital Markets team. * Advise on capital markets transactions (DCM/ECM, structured products, financing) * Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation * Provide support on regulatory and legal risk matters * Work closely with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external counsel across jurisdictions * Qualified lawyer with 3\-6 years' experience, from a top\-tier law firm and/or financial institution * Strong experience in capital markets and/or structured finance * Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills * Middle East experience beneficial but not essential Please get in touch, sharing your CV, to sophie.hinchliffe@robertwalters.com or apply via the link.
