**Job Description** Candidate needs to be familiar or hands on with data management and be comfortable with MS Office (Excel specifically should be proficient). Experience in management of compensation process will be useful. Should be able to communicate and articulate well, have an understanding of HR process and basic understanding of compensation philosophies.
