Job Description
We are looking for a
Lead Lawyer
who can take ownership of client matters, provide strategic legal guidance, and build strong, long-term client relationships.
This role is ideal for a lawyer who is confident
dealing
directly with clients, conducting consultations, managing cases, and leading matters from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary legal contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct client consultations and understand their legal needs.
- Provide clear and practical legal advice and recommend appropriate strategies.
- Independently manage assigned legal matters and ensure timely follow-up.
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, pleadings, notices, and correspondence.
- Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, and proceedings where applicable.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Identify legal risks and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure clients receive regular updates and a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.

3–5 years of professional legal experience.

Law firm or legal consultancy experience required.
- Proven experience in
direct client handling and consultations.
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate, commercial, and contract law, with experience handling complex transactions and negotiations.
- Ability to independently manage legal matters.
- Strong legal drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- UAE legal experience is preferred.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
