**Overview:**
We are seeking a
**Concierge Manager**
to ensure seamless resident support, efficient visitor handling, and smooth daily operations within the community for our
**Hotel Industry.**
The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with teams to resolve resident concerns promptly.
**Job Description:**
**1\. Billing \& Community Service Charge Management**
* Send timely monthly billing reminders and invoices for community service charges.
* Maintain accurate records of payments and follow up with residents for pending dues.
* Ensure all charges are processed efficiently in coordination with relevant departments.
**2\. Resident / Tenant Support**
* Provide prompt support to residents/tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
* Maintain a high standard of quality assurance within the community environment.
* Coordinate with departments for special service requests or complaints raised by residents.
**3\. Compliance and Record Keeping**
* Manage documentation for apartment possession and ensure compliance with established procedures.
* Maintain accurate, organized records of resident data, move\-in/move\-out processes, and related documentation.
* Ensure all forms, approvals, and records are updated and filed systematically.
**4\. Visitor Management**
* Oversee the handling of visitor entries, ensuring a secure and welcoming experience.
* Monitor visitor logs, approve scheduled entries, and coordinate with security teams.
* Ensure smooth visitor flow while maintaining security protocols.
**5\. Special Projects \& Assignments**
* Execute assigned projects such as administrative initiatives or community service improvements.
* Support management in planning and delivering project\-related tasks.
* Ensure timely completion of special assignments while maintaining service quality.
**Qualifications \& Experience**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Public Administration, or a related field.
* 3\-5 years of experience in concierge, guest relations, or property/community management.
* Good understanding of resident support, visitor handling, billing coordination and documentation.
