Job Overview:

People Perfect is looking for an experienced Business Lead for one its client who oversee the operations of a growing coffee shop business . The role is responsible for driving sales, operational excellence, compliance, profitability, and customer experience while establishing scalable processes for future growth. The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day operations, implement SOPs, develop high-performing teams, and support business expansion through new outlet openings .

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, and brand consistency while establishing scalable processes to support future business expansion.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
• Implement, monitor, and improve SOPs, operational standards, and compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee inventory management, cost control, and coordination with Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage store teams to build a high-performing workforce.
• Lead business expansion initiatives, including project management and new outlet openings.
• Identify locations for openings of new coffee shop locations
• Hire and train staff for the new coffee shop location
• Liase with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance of the new setup
• Manage the end to end expansion process, up until opening
• Analyze sales and operational performance, prepare reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualification \& Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in the Food \& Beverage industry, including multi-unit operations or business management.
• Experience managing coffee shops, cafés, QSR, or retail F\&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of operations management, sales, SOP implementation, inventory control, project management, and business expansion.
