**Job Title:** Family Lawyer **Location:** Vernon, BC **Job Type:** Full\-Time \| On\-site **Salary range:** 100k \- $200k per annum **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed **About the Opportunity** A well\-established full\-service law firm is seeking an **experienced Family Lawyer** to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high\-quality legal services across a range of family law matters. **Key Responsibilities** Represent clients in **family law matters** including divorce, child custody, and adoption. Draft legal documents such as **pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements** , conduct legal research, and negotiate favorable outcomes for clients. Maintain accurate case files, provide clear legal advice, and stay updated on changes in family law regulations. **Qualifications** Candidates must be a **member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia** and bring **at least 2\+ years of family law experience** .
