Job Description
We are seeking a highly connected and commercially driven
**Key Account Manager – Government Accounts**
to manage and grow strategic relationships with government and semi\-government entities across the UAE. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong network, proven account management expertise, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening long\-term partnerships, and positioning the group as a preferred partner across key public sector accounts.
**Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.**
**Responsibilities**
* Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of
**government \& semi\-government clients**
across the UAE.
* Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers within government entities.
* Identify new business opportunities, tenders, and partnership avenues within the public sector.
* Lead end\-to\-end account management activities, including client engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
* Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
* Work closely with internal teams (commercial, operations, legal, finance) to ensure seamless execution of contracts and client requirements.
* Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and account expansion.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and government initiatives to inform business strategy.
* Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and bids for government tenders and RFPs.
* Track performance against targets, providing updates and forecasts to senior management.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* **Over 8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales**
, with a strong focus on government clients in the UAE.
* **Well\-established network within UAE government \& semi\-government entities is essential.**
* Proven track record managing and growing high\-value key accounts, closing strategic deals.
* Strong understanding of UAE public sector procurement processes and tendering frameworks.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in large organizations or diversified groups is an advantage.
* **Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.**
