The Ideal Candidate
- Experience:
2–4 years of post-call experience in
insurance defense
(law firm or in-house).
- Case Management:
Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio, including
MVA and tort claims
, with minimal supervision.
- Strategic Mindset:
A proactive litigator who looks beyond the next deadline to find creative paths toward resolution.
- Communication:
Sharp drafting skills and the executive presence required to counsel sophisticated institutional clients.
