Litigation Associate

This role is designed for an ambitious lawyer looking to transition into a more substantial platform. You will handle a diverse and challenging portfolio—including complex
Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)
and tort claims—while gaining direct, hands-on experience in the courtroom.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience:
2–4 years of post-call experience in insurance defense (law firm or in-house).
- Competence:
A proven ability to manage files independently, from initial assessment through to mediation or trial.
- Strategic Thinking:
A proactive approach to file resolution and a keen eye for detail.
- Communication:
Exceptional drafting skills and the confidence to provide high-level counsel to sophisticated insurer clients.
