What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
- Collect patient information and input data into the e-Intake system
- Verify and process orders for CPAP resupply and related paperwork
- Provide basic technical assistance and education to patients regarding CPAP equipment
- Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and follow-up
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer and internet skills, as well as a typing test
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations accurately
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Must pass a background check and drug screen, when applicable
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with medical equipment
- Familiarity with medical billing practices and reimbursement processes
- One year of related work experience in the medical field
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in administrative record management
