What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Actively listen to customers and advocate for their needs while providing guidance and support
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and document all interactions
- Educate customers about available resources and assist them in navigating their options
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address service issues
- Maintain confidential records of patient information and follow company policies and procedures
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Must reside in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, or Idaho to work in Pacific Standard Time
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- High-speed internet access with adherence to workplace model and potential telework agreements
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
- 1+ years of claims, provider, dental, medical, or other related healthcare experience
- Microsoft Office experience
