Ice Production Lead

Key Responsibilities

Ice Production (Primary Responsibility)

• Lead daily ice machine operations 
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ice production equipment 
• Supervise and coordinate a small team during ice runs 
• Perform start-up, shut-down, and routine operational checks 
• Identify faults and escalate issues as required 
• Ensure safety, quality, and hygiene standards are consistently met 
• Complete production and shift reporting 

Skills & Experience

• Mechanical or technical aptitude (experience with machinery highly regarded) 
• Experience leading or supervising a small team 
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify mechanical issues 
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail 
• Good communication and organisational skills 
• Willingness to be trained and take ownership of ice production 

Desirable

• Background in manufacturing, food production, or cold storage environments
