Our client Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a HVAC Sales Manager \- Engineering Sector in Lahore Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated HVAC Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth within the engineering sector in Lahore. This role requires a professional with strong expertise in HVAC systems, including VRF, chillers, split, and ducted units. The ideal candidate leverages at least four years of experience in sales strategy development and B2B interactions to identify new business opportunities and build valuable client relationships. They engage closely with engineering teams to tailor HVAC solutions that meet client needs while ensuring competitive pricing and timely project execution. The position demands excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to successfully close deals and exceed sales targets. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously within a fast\-paced, morning\-shift environment. The HVAC Sales Manager will also collaborate cross\-functionally with procurement and installation teams, maintain accurate sales records, and consistently monitor market trends and competitor activity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company by developing new pipelines and ensuring exceptional client service throughout the sales process. **Responsibilities** * Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for HVAC systems such as VRF, chillers, split, and ducted units to achieve established targets. * Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong client pipelines within the engineering industry. * Conduct thorough site surveys to accurately assess project requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to design customized HVAC solutions. * Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and competitive quotations to support the sales process and enhance client decision\-making. * Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the features and benefits of HVAC offerings. * Negotiate contract terms and conditions professionally to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that result in successful deal closures. * Establish and nurture effective relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business. * Coordinate seamlessly with procurement and installation teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. * Follow up diligently on sales leads and ongoing projects to maintain client engagement and address any concerns promptly. * Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge. * Ensure timely collection of payments and manage payment schedules to maintain healthy cash flow. * Maintain up\-to\-date sales reports, forecasts, and customer relationship management (CRM) system entries to support data\-driven decisions.
