**We're Hiring: HR Manager @ Xorora**
Are you an HR professional who wants to build something — not just maintain it?
Xorora is an early\-stage AI\-focused tech startup, and we're looking for our first HR Manager to own the entire people function. This is a foundational role with real ownership, direct founder access, and the chance to shape how we hire, grow, and operate.
**What You'll Own**
Recruitment — End\-to\-end hiring across engineering, product, and business. You won't just coordinate — you'll own it.
Onboarding \& Offboarding — Build experiences that get people productive and culture\-aligned from day one.
People Ops — Contracts, records, payroll coordination, leave management, and HR tools. Keep the engine running.
Performance — Design and run review cycles. Help managers give real feedback and help people grow.
Culture \& Engagement — Pulse checks, team rituals, offsites. You'll be the glue.
Compensation — Benchmark roles and build a fair, transparent comp framework for the Pakistan tech market.
Compliance \& Policy — Pakistan labor law, HR policies, employee relations. You've got it covered.
**You're a Fit If You Have**
3–6 years in an HR generalist or manager role (startup or tech preferred) Hands\-on recruitment experience — not just coordination Working knowledge of Pakistan employment law Strong written and verbal communication in English and Urdu A builder mindset — you create processes, not wait for them
**Bonus Points**
Worked with engineering\-heavy or remote\-first teams Comfortable with AI tools and the pace of a fast\-moving startup
