Full Stack Engineer

We're building the engineering core at Xorora — and we need someone who owns systems, not just features. **About the Role** We're looking for a backend\-heavy Full Stack Engineer with 2\.5–3 years of professional experience to join our core team. You'll work directly alongside our Senior Engineer \& Team Lead, taking real ownership of backend architecture, AI integrations, and end\-to\-end feature delivery. **What You'll Work On** * Design and optimize high\-concurrency backend services with strong data consistency and observability * Build and scale enterprise\-grade CRM and CMS platforms supporting complex workflows * Integrate and optimize LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and build intelligent automation pipelines * Design bulk data ingestion pipelines and high\-performance REST/RPC APIs * Connect robust backends to modern React/Next.js frontends **Tech Stack** * Backend: TypeScript (Node.js, Hono, Elysia, Express), Python (FastAPI) * Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Prisma, Drizzle, Redis * AI/Automation: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini APIs, ai/sdk, n8n * Frontend: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS **You're a Strong Fit If You Have** * 2\.5–3 years of hands\-on backend engineering experience * Built or maintained complex CRMs, CMS tools, or enterprise workflow systems * Integrated LLM APIs into production — not just prototypes * Strong grasp of distributed data sync, edge cases, and system\-level thinking * Enough frontend fluency to ship full\-stack features independently * An ownership mindset — you flag architectural issues before they hit production **What We Offer** * Real ownership at an early\-stage startup * Direct collaboration with a senior technical lead * Autonomy to architect, not just implement
