Role Overview We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Karachi. This is a full\-time, onsite night\-shift position responsible for managing day\-to\-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and workplace culture initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, experience handling HR operations in a fast\-paced environment, and the ability to support employee development and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring processes * Oversee employee relations and support a positive workplace culture * Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures and labor regulations * Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and performance management processes * Handle conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives * Maintain HR records and support organizational development strategies * Collaborate with management on workforce planning and HR operations * Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, or talent management * Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment * Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations * Experience in the software, ecommerce, or digital services industry is a plus * Familiarity with social media coordination or employer branding is an advantage Job Details * Job Type: Full\-time * Location: Karachi (Onsite) * Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
