The company specializes in providing high\-quality outbound and inbound sales, support campaigns, and marketing services to a global clientele. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for an Ebook Sales Specialist located in the Karachi Division. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, promoting and selling ebook products such as publishing, writing and providing exceptional customer support. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and participating in team training and development sessions to enhance sales techniques and strategies. **Qualifications** * Strong english Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs * Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets * Experience in Training and team collaboration to improve sales processes and overall performance * Goal\-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time\-management skills * Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales\-related platforms is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a bonus * This a complete night shift job with the timings 08pm to 5 am * Pick and drop facility is available for females
