Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to support and manage day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and compliance. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a people\-focused approach.
**About the Role**
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
**Responsibilities**
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
* Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries
* Support performance management and employee engagement activities
* Coordinate training and development programs
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
* Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
* Assist in disciplinary matters and grievance handling
* Support payroll coordination with the finance department
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
**Required Skills**
* Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally
* Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills
