**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in the Greater Windsor Metropolitan Area. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, leading joint health and safety with the workforce, and compliance with labor regulations. The role will require managing HR policies, fostering a positive work culture, and partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with company objectives. The individual will also handle performance management, workforce planning, and facilitate communication between staff and management to ensure alignment and engagement.
**Qualifications**
* Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Workforce Planning
* Experience in HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Labor Regulation
* Strong skills in Training, Development, and Performance Management
* Excellent Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Interpersonal Skills
* Ability to drive organizational growth by aligning HR practices with strategic goals
* Knowledge of HR software systems and data analytics is an asset
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
* 5\+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector
