We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Administrative Assistant
to support daily office operations for our client. In this role, you will be the backbone of the department, ensuring seamless administrative workflows, managing schedules, and coordinating internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management:
Maintain organized filing systems, manage office supplies inventory, and coordinate facility maintenance.
- Calendar \& Scheduling:
Coordinate meetings, manage executive calendars, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Documentation \& Reporting:
Prepare, edit, and format company documents, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, handling inquiries professionally.
- Financial Admin:
Assist with basic expense tracking, processing invoices, and coordinating with the finance team.
Requirements \& Qualifications
- Experience:
2+ years of experience in an administrative support or office coordinator role.
- Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Soft Skills:
Outstanding time-management, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal English communication.
