About the Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- 3 – 8 years of experience in project sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Proven experience in handling project sales within the construction, interiors, building materials, or related industry.
- Strong relationships with consultants, developers, PMCs, fit-out contractors, architects and interior designers across the UAE.
- Excellent leadership and client relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of the project sales cycle, tendering, and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE driving license and own car will be desirable
About You
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities across assigned territories.
- Lead and manage the project sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, key decision-makers, interior designers and architects.
- Manage the sales pipeline, monitor project progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals to secure project orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and emerging project opportunities.
- Review team performance, provide guidance, and ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Ensure timely follow up for payment collections and maintain strong client relationships.
