Human Resources Business Partner (Level 2) | Global Organization (Contract Role)
We’re seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This 5-month contract role (with strong potential for extension or conversion) is ideal for someone experienced in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations who can provide practical, day-to-day HR support while ensuring policy compliance and a strong employee experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle employee relations cases, including investigations, documentation, and resolution in alignment with company policy and employment law guidelines
- Support and coach managers on performance management, feedback delivery, attendance issues, and team leadership challenges
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Manage HR operational processes such as leaves of absence, accommodations, return-to-work coordination, and HR data accuracy
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in
Workday
and other HR systems
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and identifying recurring trends or workplace issues
- Apply HR policies consistently and escalate complex or high-risk issues when appropriate
- Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement and improve overall HR service delivery
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience in Employee Relations, including investigations and case management
- Strong ability to coach and support managers on everyday people and performance issues
- Experience supporting full-cycle performance management, including PIPs and performance discussions
- Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, policies, and basic employment law principles
- Experience in HR Operations such as leave management, accommodations, and workforce administration (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on employee experience
- Detail-oriented, execution-driven, and able to manage multiple HR cases independently
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally
**📍 *Location: Remote***
**💵 *Pay: $45 – $55/hour.***
