About the Job
Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE
Industry: Pet Care / Animal Services
Reporting To: Senior Management
Role Overview
A well-established, award-winning pet care facility in Al Quoz, Dubai — offering daycare, boarding, grooming, training, and rehabilitation services for dogs and cats for over 15 years — is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers
- Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs
Onboarding
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and documentation
- Conduct orientation on policies and company culture
HR Operations
- Manage visas, labour cards, and government transactions (MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel)
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law
Payroll \& Benefits
- Manage payroll and benefits administration accurately and on time
Performance Management
- Lead the performance review cycle and KPI tracking
- Support managers on employee development
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR Manager experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government platforms (MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel)
- Proven experience building or scaling HR functions
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; SHRM/CIPD a plus
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
