General Manager – Upscale Property (Dubai, UAE)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Position: Full-Time / Executive

We are recruiting a dynamic, commercially driven
General Manager
to oversee a premier upscale hotel property in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who seamlessly blends financial acumen with an uncompromising commitment to guest service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the property’s operational and commercial roadmap to maximize revenue, GOP, and market penetration (RGI).
- Maintain close, transparent relationships with property owners and corporate asset managers.
- Ensure all departments (Front Office, F\&B, Housekeeping, Engineering) operate at peak efficiency and meet global brand standards.
- Lead, retain, and inspire a large, diverse team, ensuring high engagement and a pipeline for internal growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager/EAM in an upscale or luxury 5-star hotel environment.
- Prior experience operating within the
Dubai or GCC hospitality market
is highly preferred.
- Strong background in revenue management, F\&B strategy, and cost-control mechanisms.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
