**HR Generalist – International Onboarding (Summary)** Responsible for managing end\-to\-end onboarding of local and international staff, ensuring a smooth relocation and induction experience for teachers and administrators joining the UAE school system. **Salary upto AED 13,000** **Location : Sharjah** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage onboarding from offer acceptance to first working day, including relocation, visas, flights, housing, and orientation. * Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOE/SPEA requirements, TLS, and equivalency processes. * Coordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and document attestation. * Maintain accurate HR records for audits and regulatory inspections. * Support employee experience, cultural integration, and wellbeing. * Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, facilities, PROs, and school leadership. * Improve onboarding processes and ensure smooth tracking of all new joiner steps. **Requirements:** * 5–7 years HR experience, including 3\+ years in UAE or international education sector. * Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations and teacher licensing processes. * Experience in international recruitment and relocation support preferred. * Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. * Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
