**Job Title:**
HR Generalist
**Location:**
Sharjah, UAE
**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced
**HR Generalist**
to manage the end\-to\-end onboarding process for local and international teaching and non\-teaching staff. This role will ensure smooth transitions for new hires while maintaining compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOE/SPEA regulations, and school policies. The HR Generalist will also act as the primary point of contact for onboarding queries, cultural adaptation, and employee experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage full\-cycle onboarding, including visas, flights, relocation, accommodation, and first\-day logistics.
* Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and regulatory requirements.
* Organise and deliver orientation programs covering UAE culture, school policies, and safeguarding standards.
* Maintain accurate HR records and support audits, inspections, and documentation processes.
* Support visa, medical, Emirates ID, TLS, attestation, and equivalency procedures.
* Collaborate with HR, PROs, IT, Facilities, and Academic teams for seamless staff integration.
* Continuously improve onboarding processes, documentation systems, and overall efficiency.
* Ensure a positive, inclusive onboarding experience reflecting the school’s values and international standards.
**Qualifications \& Skills:**
* 5–7 years of HR Generalist/Operations experience, with at least 3 years in UAE or international education.
* Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, SPEA/MOE compliance, TLS requirements, and international recruitment.
* Experience managing teacher relocation, visas, and onboarding processes.
* Excellent cross\-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, TEAMS, SharePoint, with high discretion and cultural sensitivity.
