**Drive data\-driven people strategy and performance optimisation within a dynamic organisation.**
**Role: HR Performance Manager \| UAE**
**Key Responsibilities \& Requirements:**
* Design and implement performance management frameworks and measurement tools across the organisation.
* Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support data\-driven decision making by senior leadership.
* Analyse HR and workforce performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
* Lead job evaluation processes and ensure roles are aligned with organisational structure and strategy.
* Benchmark workforce productivity, compensation, and reward practices against industry standards.

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage
* Proven experience in

* Strong IT and data analytics capability, including
