Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and strategic
HR Business Partners for various Manufacturing sites
across Karachi who will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role involves partnering with plant leadership to drive talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and workforce development strategies that support a positive and high-performing workplace.
Location: Multiple Manufacturing Locations across Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership by aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Develop and execute HR initiatives that drive operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Implement robust onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively.
Performance Management
- Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, progress tracking, and performance reviews.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
Employee Engagement \& Culture
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
Grievance Handling \& Conflict Resolution
- Address employee grievances and concerns promptly and fairly.
- Mediate conflicts and ensure the implementation of appropriate disciplinary measures when required.
Training \& Development
- Conduct training needs assessments and design a comprehensive training calendar.
- Facilitate learning and development initiatives to build employee capabilities.
Policy Implementation \& Compliance
- Educate employees on company policies and ensure compliance.
HR Program Implementation
- Collaborate with the central HR team to roll out company-wide HR programs at plant locations.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in plant operations or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven experience in strategic HR partnering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
