Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will support business needs through effective people management, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Administer performance management programs and support employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and employee recognition programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Advise managers on HR best practices, employee performance, and workforce planning.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Coordinate disciplinary actions and investigations when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–7+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional HR certification (CHRP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate, hospitality, manufacturing, or service environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll administration and benefits management.
