Job Description
- Role: HR Manager (Arabic Speakers)
- Type: Contract
- Client Industry: Real estate and Property
- Contract Duration: 1 year extendable
- Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilitie
- sSupport daily HR operations, including employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and personnel files
- .Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation
- .Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems and ensure proper record management
- .Assist with training coordination, logistics, and record keeping
- .Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
- .Provide administrative support for HR processes across the organization
.Requirement
- sBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- .3–5 years of HR administration or coordination experience
- .Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- .Experience with HR systems, onboarding, recruitment support, and employee records management
- .Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- .Good communication skills in
Arabic and Englis
