Recruit AI is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager HR specializing in Talent Acquisition and Performance Management to join their team in Lahore. This full-time, permanent position plays a critical role in leading recruitment efforts and supporting performance evaluation across diverse functions including factory, retail, sales, and head office. The role encompasses managing the entire employee lifecycle from attracting and sourcing talent to onboarding and monitoring performance through KPI-based appraisals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with department heads to ensure a productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce. Candidates should bring substantial HR experience, particularly in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment within the manufacturing sector.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for workforce planning and HR analytics to support strategic hiring and employee development. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with stakeholders across various departments. The position demands proficiency in HR systems and tools alongside solid organizational capabilities to ensure seamless execution of recruitment, probation, and performance management processes. This role is vital for nurturing talent pipelines and implementing structured performance management frameworks that drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, ensuring timely fulfillment of workforce needs.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, employee referrals, campus hiring, and diverse sourcing channels.
- Coordinate sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding activities, and probation evaluations.
- Support and execute manpower planning aligned with organizational goals to meet staffing demands effectively.
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve KPI-based performance management and appraisal systems.
- Prepare detailed HR reports covering recruitment metrics, employee retention, hiring trends, and overall performance analytics.
- Oversee Management Trainee and apprenticeship programs from recruitment through placement to support talent development.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and key stakeholders to enhance hiring quality, optimize employee retention, and boost workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
- Utilize HRIS and ERP systems efficiently to manage employee data and streamline HR operations.
