Our client Riphah International University is looking for a HR Assistant Manager \- Talent Acquisition \& Employee Relations in Lahore Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Assistant Manager \- Human Resources to support the HR department in implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures. This role plays a vital part in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. The position involves collaborating closely with various departments to meet workforce needs, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The Assistant Manager will contribute to talent acquisition efforts by managing the recruitment lifecycle and building a strong talent pipeline. Additionally, the role includes overseeing performance management initiatives, supporting training and development programs, and administering compensation and benefits. This position requires a professional with strong knowledge of HR practices, experience working with HR information systems, and the ability to ensure policy compliance. Although this role does not involve managing a team directly, it demands effective communication and coordination skills to work cross\-functionally and support HR objectives efficiently. **Responsibilities** * Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the organizations staffing needs and support workforce planning. * Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires. * Collaborate with department heads to accurately understand hiring requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions. * Maintain an organized talent pipeline and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management tools effectively. * Respond to employee inquiries and handle grievances or disciplinary processes in a fair and consistent manner. * Promote employee engagement through organizing activities and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values. * Ensure adherence to all company HR policies, labor regulations, and compliance requirements. * Support the performance management framework by assisting with appraisal scheduling, monitoring key performance indicators, and facilitating performance reviews. * Contribute to employee development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating relevant learning programs, workshops, and seminars. * Maintain accurate HR documentation, including attendance records, leave management, and employee files using HR Information Systems. * Assist in payroll coordination by ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, benefits, increments, and bonuses. * Support compensation and benefits administration through market research and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable remuneration policies. * Help update, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance throughout the organization. * Assist in HR audits and prepare reports necessary for compliance and regulatory requirements. * Monitor and contribute to change management activities to help the organization adapt to HR\-related changes smoothly. * Utilize Boolean Search techniques and HR Information Systems to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness and data management. * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and support organizational efforts to maintain a respectful and lawful working environment.
